By accessing our website (www.haribala.in) or purchasing from our retail outlet, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to better serve our community.

2. Order Processing

We value your time and aim for efficiency.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days.

• Availability: Orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of a stock discrepancy, our team will contact you promptly.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Courier Charges: Please note that all courier charges are extra and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified during a promotional period.

• Delivery Timeline: While we process orders within 2 days, final delivery time depends on the logistics partner and your location.

4. Exchange & Refund Policy

We maintain strict quality control, but we understand that issues can arise. Our policy is as follows:

• No Cash Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds. All valid claims will be settled via exchange only.

• One-Time Exchange: Items can be exchanged only once per order.

• Manufacturing Defects & Size Variations: Exchanges are accepted for genuine manufacturing defects or size discrepancies.

• Check for Tampering: Before signing for or accepting your package from the courier, inspect the package thoroughly. If the package appears already opened, unboxed, or heavily tampered with, you must document and return the package immediately with the delivery partner.

• Proof Required: For claims regarding defects, you must provide photo or video proof within 48 hours of receiving the courier. Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

• Condition of Goods: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn and unwashed, and returned with all original packing accessories and tags intact.

• The "White Color" Rule: Due to the delicate nature of the fabric, White Color garments are strictly non-exchangeable.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Haribala Tiny Treasure, under the leadership of MD T. Boobalan, strives for perfection. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item in question.
