• Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2 working days.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times begin once the courier has been booked and the package leaves our facility.

Note: While we strive for speed, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, public festivals, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery destination. These charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this ID on the respective courier partner's website to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally attempt delivery at least twice.

• Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package.

• Ensure your contact number is reachable so the delivery executive can coordinate with you.

• If a package is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
