1. General Policy
At The Haribala Tiny Treasure, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, please note our foundational terms:
No Refunds: We follow a strict no-refund policy. We do not offer cash or payment reversals.
One-Time Exchange: Each purchase is eligible for a one-time only exchange.
Item Condition: To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition. We cannot accept garments that have been worn or washed.
Packaging: All original tags and packing accessories must be included with the return.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept exchanges for:
White Color Items: We have a strict no-exchange policy for all white garments.
Items without Tags: Products returned without the original brand tags or packaging.
Used Goods: Any item showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
3. Timeline & Shipping
We value prompt service and transparency regarding logistics:
Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 2 days.
Reporting Window: For manufacturing defects or wrong items, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the courier. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs: All exchange-related courier charges are extra and must be borne by the customer, except in confirmed cases of manufacturing errors.
4. How to Request an Exchange
We accept exchanges specifically for Manufacturing Defects, Size Variations, or Wrong Items Received. To start the process:
Prepare Proof: It is mandatory to provide photo or video proof of the defect or the incorrect item immediately upon unboxing.
Contact Support: Reach out to us within the 48-hour window via email or phone.
Approval: Once our team verifies the proof, we will guide you through the next steps for the exchange.
